Haru would stand there looking at some empty land he had his hands up moving them like he was trying to work of the measurements for some of building or plan he would talk to him self also as he wrote on some parchment at the same time as some time went by he would look around trying to find the city planner.

Haru looked over to see Karel and smiles walking over to him all excited about some thing son he gets to him he hands a plan over to Karel.

Coming back from the rive.*Mira as a big bag in her paw* Mira walks towards the Tavern. Then she has some familiar voices. Then start walking to them and see's Karel and Haru Talking and say's hi

*haru waves at Mira before looking back to the area Karel just pointed out and smiled slowly images how great it would be to have a college any one could learn at* "wait Karel how do start this?"
Haru asked not sure how to go about this build but asking Karel had built a lot in town haru knows he could find out all he needs.
