I what to make sure the river stays clean for the water Elementals i know they still alot to do.but keeping the trash and other items that does not belong can help.
Why do you need the Duke I'm just curious.

No not the duke.
The dyke that we go build in it case the water higher goes so that new haven safe will be from flood.

Ohh.I like that ideal to make the town safer. We don't need a flood.that will be very muddy and a mess to clean.
